HDMI Extender Over Ethernet
HDMI is a good consumer technology and fairly well understood by most people. Way better recognized than SDI. There are a few things like distance that HDMI has an issue with. The best way to get HDMI to your TV would be HDMI over Ethernet.
We used the AV Access HDBaseT HDMI Extender Over Ethernet in a few setups and really appreciate the reliability of it and extra features such as passing IR as well.

These devices are really easy to use. There is a send and a receive side. This requires power on one side so don't forget about that. I usually power the sending side but either side will work because of POE. The distance between the send and receive should be 300', which is the distance ethernet cables can go without data loss. Don't forget about HDMI cables on both sides to plug into those devices. I buy 2 sets of these HDMI cables so I have color matching on both sides. This is really helps for sending camera video long distances and use this with the PTZOptics 30x NDI. If you need to put this on multiple screens I would recommend this HDMI Splitter.
