BlueStacks vs Memu Play
The time has come to an end and I'm going to move to BlueStacks. Why, I'm ready for a premium experience and I think BlueStacks will deliver.
I've used BlueStacks for years off and on when I wanted things to work. Actually, I've been using this since BlueStacks 2 in early 2017 and upgraded to BlueStacks 3 mid 2017 and have enjoyed using it ever since!
Why Switch to BlueStacks
I'm a fan of honesty and we know that's the best practice. I have 2 reasons. The Memu Multi Instance Manager keeps resetting and the settings are not kept.
Reason #1 for Switching to BlueStacks
The Memu Multi Instance Manager allows for groups. I really appreaciate this. When I'm managing 100 farms for a group of players, its really helpful to group these instances. When you login one day and all these settings have been lost is a sad day. Have that happen a few times a year, this is not sustainable. BlueStacks here I come!
Reason #2 for Switching to BlueStacks
When managing these 100-plus instances, settings matter. When I mark the instance to not auto expand and limit to 10gb, I don't want to find a 68gb instance. Now I know why I'm running out of space on my 4TB SSD. Yes, I need that much space and yes I have multiple to help with read and write speeds.
Making the Switch to BlueStacks
There are many other reasons to switch to BlueStacks and we'll go more in-depth on these to come. In the meantime, I've decided to make the switch to BlueStacks. I'll update my progress and experience along the way. My kids are also very interested in playing some tablet games on the computer too, they can't wait to try BlueStacks!
BlueStack here we come.
