Age of Origins Main Hall – City Level Requirements Guide
If you thought collecting and save minerals was difficult, game resources are about to become much harder to find... well uranium that is.
Uranium in Age of Origins
Uranium is the 5th resource that you will need to gather. You already know about collecting oil, food, steel, and minerals. Gathering uranium is different but we'll show you all the way to gather it.
Uranium Gobbler
You will start to see the uranium gobbler in Age of Origins when you reach C28. You may not think anything of it because you can't collect uranium until C30. What you can do is start to collect Trackers. You can use 1 Tracker to locate a Uranium Gobbler and attack it. Killing the Uranium Gobbler will get you 1,000 uranium (which is AWESOME) and some Commander XP.
What is a Tracker?
A Tracker is made up of 10 Tracker fragments. These fragments are what you need to start collecting at c28. The last daily chest at C28 will contain 3 Trackers. This means you will need to reach the final chest 4 days to get 10 tracker fragments.
Doomsday Challenge
Another way to gather uranium in Age of Origins is the Doomsday Challenge. This is different from the Doomsday Recovery Plan you completed earlier. This is a new option that become available when you reach C30 at the Ruins. You can attack it once per day and based on the strength of your fleet you will reach certain waves.
Medici
When you reach Medici level 11 floor, you can open a uranium chest with 600. The more levels you complete the more uranium you can collect!
Core Mining Station
After the expensive upgrade to C30, you are immediately confronted to unlock the Core Mining Station. Do this ASAP! This breaks into 2 different areas call Surface Mining and Deep Mining.
Surface Mining
Surface mining in Age of Origins is pretty simple. It works exactly like the other resource buildings in your city, click it to collect at 3x per day with your other resources.
Deep Mining
Deep mining in Age of Origins is where things really start to get interesting. This is broken up into 4 levels. Uranium Mine level 4 will gather the fastest per hour, but you will also have people come and attack your mine and take some uranium from you. I try to collect when I'm in the 500 - 700 range to try an optimize what you can get out of the mine. The stronger you are, the longer you can gather in the mine. You can also attack others and steal some uranium. You get 2 free attempts to steal or occupy a uranium mine per day. You can use gold for additional attempts. Uranium mines also go under maintenance on Thursday so keep that in mind if you're planning your uranium collection rate.
